AWOL SPORTS PERFORMANCE Experience

Classes start on the top of every hour 60 minutes long and consist of:

Speed & Agility – improving athlete’s speed including acceleration, agility, power, reaction time, stability, and change of directions.

Strength & Conditioning – program customized based on the athlete, sport, season, and position.

All athletes will receive a FREE baseline test and we will re-test all of our athletes every 3 months so you can see the gains made in the program. We will also give each athlete a FREE Fusionetics exam that will assist with injury prevention, optimizing performance, and enhancing recovery.
